Order Fulfillment

Depending on the product ordered, and the number and type of additional customization services added, it may take 2-3 business days for your order to ship. During that time we may be doing any of the following activities to get your order ready:

  1. Packaging Your Order

    1. Ordering a single board (charcuterie or cutting), without any additional customization services, can be expected to ship within the first 48 hours of placing an order. During that time, we are applying the final coat of Board Butter, cellophane wrapping, boxing your item and arranging shipping with the carrier.

  2. Customizing Your Order

    1. Any boards with personalized engraving (excluding the “Commemorative Message” service) can be expected to ship within the first 72 hours of placing an order. In addition to the activities for “Packaging Your Order”, we are preparing and performing the engraving, and sanding and re-sealing the surface.

    2. Any boards where “Commemorative Message” service is added, fulfillment time depends on the timeliness of the customer to deliver/transmit a copy or image of the message to be engraved. With the image, we can render it and check for engraving compatibility. If the rendered image is clear, you can expect your board to be shipped within the next 72 hours.

    3. Cutting boards with any of the customizations, i.e. juice groove, rubber feet, chamfered edges, and/or hand grips, can be expected to ship within the first 48 hours of placing an order.

If you have made an order with us, and it has been at least 72 hours since receiving confirmation of said order, please email us. Make sure to reference your order number so we can more easily help identify where your order is.
